I think even though it tastes a lot better than the regular stuff, people just cant pay a premium for instant coffee in a coffee shop.

It's really useful when you're going to a place with bad coffee for an extended period of time and you love coffee. I stocked up my dad with tons of via packages cuz he was traveling to Jamaica and it's hard to get a good cup.

Odessa Scruggs: Hard to get a good cup of coffee in Jamaica, with Jamaica Blue Mountain??

Cameron Plommer So how do you all "find the time" to read (books) each day or week?

I tend to read a typical novel in about an hour and a half. What helps really is that I get stuck into the book completely and I am not open to anything else around me unless it falls into the "noise that signals an emergency category". Things get done better and faster when you devote all the possible attention you can doing them, one thing at a time.

Zoe Right: Read pretty quickly - I can usually do an average book in about an hour and a half

David Fogel I'm curious, when you guys go to Starbucks, do you order your coffee in sizes by their proper names (tall, grande, vendi) or do you just say "small" "medium" or "large". I ask because I tend to take the lazy way out and call sizes by their american names (A cardinal sin at Starbucks). The clerks always give me dirty looks. It's like I'm an outsider because I'm not down with the lingo. I don't like saying the proper names because it just doesnt make any logical sense. How can tall be small?

121 weeks ago from Coffee

Kim N. Campbell: @Alison, if you want to shorten your drink name in Starbucks speak, it's a skinny vanilla latte. :)

Ed Barrientos: I'm with you David. It makes no sense to me. I order a medium coffee...they can translate it to their jargon...

Kelsey Balcaitis: I LOVE GoodReads. I've kept lists of books to read and now it's so easy just to put them online. Plus, I can see what I have read too.

Zoe Right: I also love goodreads- as a rabid reader I'm always trying to remember if I read something and if I liked it- just have to remeber to post.

Zoe Right My dog always tries to nip at my nose- not hard, in a playful way- what is that all about?

143 weeks ago from Animal Companions

Karla Mercado: All animal companions have a playful gene in them it seems. Not to worry, but if it becomes bothersome, don't hesitate to reprimand him.

Karla Mercado: And by reprimand I mean in a very loving way. Pets, especially dogs, don't respond to punishment. They respond to discipline. Good luck!

Vanessa Alvarado We're busy & natural multitaskers. I've never tried Audio Books, but it would allow "reading" while working, driving, etc. Anyone tried it?
