I am here to help. If you are having trouble with your account or need assistance with just finding the right tools to help you maximize your network -I'm here. I love to solve problems and find unique ways to help people. I also love asking questions and gaining knowledge. The more I know about something, the more comfortable and connected I feel towards it.
My accomplishments thus far have been to establish a process for troubleshooting site issues through Customer Service efficiently. I have been involved in constructing a process for addressing these issues to our customer faster and with greater accuracy. This has been done by aggregating information about site functionality and various issues concerning site functionality for Site Operations. Site Operations then addresses these issues individually.
My goal is to provide the highest technical support for our site to our customers. I hope to someday maximize the efficiency of addressing all site issues primarily through customer support.
