Yuval Tal, an intuitive investor, founded Payoneer in 2005 and today is its president. Payoneer is a company which gives other companies around the globe the option to pay people and businesses wherever they may be located.

Payoneer deals with millions of transactions made online every day. Their technology podium permits companies that are web-based to pay their partners and other businesses with a simple and trustworthy easy-to-use service, cutting out the necessity for payments by check or via money transfers.

Payoneer has over 100 employees working at its headquarters in New York and at its R&D site in Israel and is funded by Carmel Ventures andGreylock Partners venture companies.

Yuval Tal has also made various other investments in venture capital companies including Tactus Mobile Solutions which was founded mid-2010 and raised $1.5 million in its first financing round. Tactus permits the option to make payments directly from the consumer's pocket smartphone at a low charge. Online shopping and making payment direct from the mobile phone is an innovative perception for a population of users today. It is a service which enhances the competence created by Payoneer, which permits the easy and secure transfer of all currencies across the globe between various businesses.

Another venture Tal recently entered into is ZooZ who provide wide-ranging solutions for end-to-end payments. ZooZ highlight that their solutions are built centering on deception and security and free service is granted for an initial 6 month period.

Tal has held various positions before founding Payoneer. In 1999 he held the position of CEO of R-U-Sure Ltd, whereby partners were provided with the essential tools in order to compare pre purchase of a product. This position was followed by his employment as VP of business development at Radware Ltd which then led to his next positionat the forefront of E4X Inc, currently known as Fifty One Global E-commerce.

Tal attended Tel Aviv University in 1988 until 1992 where he achieved a BSC in mechanical engineering, an MSC in biomedical engineering. In 2005 he submitted a patent for his system and method for payment transfer and another patent was submitted in 2008.

Yuval Tal has operated on the board of the Technology Committee of the ETA, the Electronic Transactions Association which is an international organization representing over 500 companies around the globe. Tal's thorough understanding of transactions made over the Internet and online security knowledge was validated.

Tal's most recent interesting investment made is in Bar Rafaeli the Israeli model's underwear company. Rafaeli is internationally known and has entered into a new venture with DudiBalsar, selling designer underwear online. The new e-commerce lingerie company is known as Undeez.
