Christopher Barnes A question regarding business plans for companies seeking seeding money from investors - should I go with the traditional business plan model (description of business activity, description of product/service, Assessment of competition, marketing plan, operational plan, management profiles, capitalization and business form, financial data, etc) or a more creative and abridged version? I've been out of grad school for 10 years and times have changed. Any help would be much appreciated.

As you said in your original post - times have changed. Immediacy and information skimming are the game now, so a really powerful hook would be key to the pitch.
