Collaborated with other departments to assess internal and client needs when choosing new payroll/HR systems, and facilitated the conversion processes, and assured the integrity of payroll/HR data. Wrote company employee manual.

• Shot digital video and photography of Chinese rock musicians at music festivals and on tour in the U.S. and China for weekly cable show, World Beat Network (Time Warner 67, Manhattan, Friday night) and a documentary in progress, "Rocking the Great Wall", which tells the story of Chinese rock music since 1986. Promoted Chinese rock performances in the U.S. through online media.
