I'm a fairly new fan... got converted on the episode I saw on a flight where Sheldon has to learn how to drive because everyone is sick of driving him around. Needing to return his Star Trek sheets because they stimulate him to much at night to go to sleep! Bwwwwaaahaaahaaa!!

Great coffee, and TimBits are nice too. 131 weeks ago

I don't like how they don't really have black iced coffee because of the pre-mixed stuff. Although everything there is pretty tasty. 131 weeks ago

Zappos has figured out how to make working there a lifestyle. They have dedicated employees, great customer service and they just sold to Amazon for over $1 billion because of it!

One of the most difficult things for people is when they get promoted, than have more work to do and also have to manage more people. That's how you end up working around the clock.
Having a coach can really free up time for managers to do what they need to do. Are any other companies doing this? 131 weeks ago

I was at a produce consolidation company in 2008 coaching their Gen X & Y workers, but towards the end of the year they ran out of money. It's a model I am trying to bring to growing, small to mid-size companies currently... 131 weeks ago

Interesting, I never new ENTJ's were a minority. Every time I've done Myers-Briggs with my companies, ENTP's were a minority but many ENTJ's. BTW I used to be ENTP, a have just flipped over to the left side with a small J.

I'm a bit confused about the popularity of this methodology... I thought it was becoming big 2-3 years ago and then died down, now it seems to be resurging. We have been using phase methodology for IT development but starting to move towards discrete smaller work packages so kinda Agile, but still an overall project to manage these. We just started doing one-on-one bunny classes for new rabbit owners to help people learn how to train and care for them! Sadly, they're really common surrenders because people don't know how to care for them. 130 weeks ago

Are you always blurring work into life, or do you sometimes blur life into work? Like, do you do personal things at work?

I do only necessary personal things at werk but try to separate my chunks of time otherwise I feel like I need to make it up all the time as I need to know that I have not ripped off the company (even though I have werked way more in the past that would make it up). But like Daniel said, in the end it is and should be just all about the deliverables. 131 weeks ago

Why is it that a PMP has to keep educating him/her self to maintain the certification? His/Her degree is for the lifetime w/o further educ.
Randall NOVAL:
True, but a university is accredited by the government to a public standard. PMP is a private certification by a for profit company. 135 weeks ago
