• ∙During my time at VMS, I've focused on the continuous improvement and efficiency. Personally creating workflow tools and database solutions, I've contributed to over $2 Million in savings over a 4 year span.

  ∙Facing a turnover rate of 100%, I made fundamental changes to the way we approached business. Focusing on a Quality of Worklife solution, I encouraged communication and social interaction among the staff. By slowing building upon small successes, I was able to reduce turnover to less than 3% and gave the individuals within the department a voice.

  ∙My best solutions have been those that can make someone else's job easier, letting them focus on the task that they need to do and get out of their way. People, by nature, want to be efficient and do a job to the best of their abilities, but you have to give them the proper tools.
