About Me

Currently a Contract Recruiter with Citigroup. I have 20+ years experience as a Recruiter. This has entailed full cycle recruitment! Most of my professional recruitment experience has been within the healthcare industry and the not-for-profit. I decided it would be beneficial for me to obtain recruitment experience outside of healthcare and within the coroporate & for-profit industry; therefore, I accepted a contract position that would give me that opportunity. I have worked in every aspect of recruitment; I have trained hiring managers in recruitment strategies and behavior interviewing; I have traveled local and nationally to market and recruit for companies I have worked for; I have been certified as a National Healthcare Recruiter. I have recruited for high-level executive positions to entry level positions. My recruitment experience is a broad range of skills to include Human Resource Generalist knowledge in Benefits, Compensation and Employee Relations.
