About Me

Thirteen years of progressive experience in key HR roles. Senior Professional of Human Resources with experience in conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development, legal compliance and international employee contracts.

Co-founded Kactis 4 Kancer Non-profit organization. Treasurer and Graphic Designer and involved in all aspects of planning and events. We donate our proceeds to cancer research by providing locally grown cacti in exchange for donations.

We started at the end of August and plan to donate $2,000 to cancer research for 2010.

I am excited about my future and the possibilities ahead for 2011.
