About Me

Specializing in public relations and corporate communications, as the Director of Communications and Intellectual Property for Diffusion Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage, drug-development company, I oversee the Company's branding and corporate communications including marketing, media, investor, and public relations activities. Additionally, I manage the Company's patent portfolio and information technology systems, and play a significant role in fundraising and developing relations within the technology, investment, and medical communities.

In addition to my role at Diffusion, I assist my husband with our art gallery, Anazao Galleries, and Anazao Nursery and Gardenscapes (Anazao.com). The gallery is home to some of the finest collections in the world, including one-of-a-kind antiques, gifts, and unique original works of art from around the globe.

I often gives talks and presentations on public relations, and serve as Director and immediate past Chairman of the Board for the Charlottesville Business Innovation Council, am a member of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, and am a founding member of the Charlottesville Company of Friends, Fast Company magazine's grassroots readers' network.

I'm interested in job opportunties, and meeting fellow "connectioneers", dynamic speakers, and people in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry as well as venture capitalists and angel or private investors who have an interest in advancing life science companies with breakthrough technologies.
