About Me

I am the founder of HR4Change and work in Silicon Valley focusing on Human Resources and Organization Development. I coach others on how to navigate through work "stuff" so they can be successful. I love to collaborate and network with all kinds of people who have great ideas and opinions.

I like to learn and try new things. I launched a Facebook app called My Dream Team that allows you to create your own company and hire people. I created an iPhone app called iPocket Coach to help managers with scripts for everyday work communication.

I wrote a best-selling and awarding-winning book, Tangling with Tyrants: Managing the Balance of Power at Work, which shows people how to be more effective dealing with bad bosses. This book is short and sweet but packed with what people need to deal successfully with a difficult boss whether he or she is a bully or simply ineffective.

My blog is Work Babble, a work topics blog, to share useful information that helps people get the most out of their job and career.
