  • Managed closing of construction loan for Under Armour’s expansion
  • Negotiated with neighborhood and city agencies to allow new residential development at Tide Point, significantly enhancing value of newly purchased land
  • Pursued LEED Silver certification for Under Armour’s expansion, including commissioning, energy modeling, construction pollution prevention, waste management and water efficiency.
