About Me

I'm a software engineer, consultant, speaker, blogger, and Gen-Y advocate. After graduating from Penn State in 2004, I moved to Northern Virginia and began a successful career as software engineer working in the government sector.

Currently I'm working with SharePoint features that interact with SharePoint Lists, and writing a custom ASP .Net AJAX user interface for a high visibility SharePoint project.

I am an advocate of cultural change at each office I have worked. Usually being one of the youngest people in the office, I try to integrate Gen-Y culture into the overall office atmosphere. "I try to make the office a fun place to show up to everyday."
