Noel Rozny In a lot of ways, office culture can make it hard to live a healthy lifestyle. (We sit for long hours, don't get outside, and eat the doughnuts someone left in the conference room for lunch.) How do you try to stay healthy during your work day?

A few Klean Kanteen aluminum water bottles should do the trick!

TOP IDEA: Mike Ambassador Bruny I guess I have to own up to it; I can write. I've been fighting it because I thought I wasn't any good at it (back in college). The other day I went to an event, did a recap (with my flair), sent it in and now a corporate entity wants me to blog for them. Ambassador Bruny, officially a blogger? Moral of the story: Let go of your old story and own your greatness....anyone need anything written :)

When someone told me a couple of years ago that I was likable and sociable person, I initially didn't believe her because I was too busy thinking about how socially awkward I was in high school. I had to accept that I had changed and that someone else can see me for who I am, not who I used to be.

Tiffany Aviles I have never roasted & probably wouldn't know where to even begin. Any advice on how to get started?

I strongly urge you to purchase one of the roasting machines. They are quite simple and make it a fun experience rather than difficult and frustrating.

I had 2 pot fulls and that guy continued with another two cups :)

Tiffany Aviles Thanks for the great idea Kanav! 2010 will be all about trying different brews. Besides I gotta use that Starbucks card I got 2 years ago for Xmas sooner or later.

I understand why Starbucks does roast really dark, however. They need to keep their flavor consistent across batches, which is easiest to do with a really dark roast, and they usually sell drinks piled with non-coffee into the same cup, which weakens the coffee flavor some. Therefore, they roast it darker and brew it stronger.

Tiffany Aviles It definitely depends on your parent's view of why you're home & how much of the outside world they care about. Although my mom won't admit it she obviously does not respect me as a mother or even a woman. Result: a strained mother/daughter relationship. She still sees me as a kid. My fiance's mom, on the other hand, is ridiculously supportive of what my little family is trying to establish & respects every aspect of me. How can the person who birthed me totally not understand?

Isao Kato I am in my mid-30s and sometimes I feel I might have completely missed out opportunities to build the life I want. I am single(recently divorced) with no kids and a job that is not great but suits me. If my friend tells me so I would staunchly disagree, but in reality I cannot help hearing that voice every now and then. Anybody has similar experience?

I realized I had to wake my mind up first by reminding myself that I chose the life I have now through actions, and, inactions. Like Catherine said our concerns are trying to tell us something and it's our job to dig deeper (with discipline) and clarify what that is about. Starting from scratch, I will explore my writing first to see where I would like to go and use that inner voice as my engine rather than threat.

I'm in early 30's married and have been at a Job that everyone on the outside thought was, "great" and then jumped ship to go to a job where I had little support and may not have been totally qualified for at the time. I had to do some soul searching looking back at my experiences (what I liked and what I didn't like), what I am good at and worked with books like, "What color is my parachute."

I love Blogger and have come across some great blogs there. I have no ONE set concept for my blog, but I like how it is at the moment. And I have a decent following considering... I try not to worry about posts. If an idea doesn't come, I do not force it because the next day I'm likely to post more than once from all the inspiration.

Tiffany Aviles My fiance & I are living w/ his very generous parents and plan on doing so for quite some time. We are actually going to buy a bigger house to accomodate us all. His parents love the thought of being w/ their grandkids 24/7 & we love the thought of saving money while still having our own space. Sure it can get hectic but we're very grateful for the help & we plan on getting our own digs as soon as we're ready. Even though his parents hates the idea of us leaving.
