About Me

I'm a leadership and career coach. In my work as a leadership coach, I work with business leaders who are committed to developing their people to be the very best they can be, are guiding their organizations through transition, or admit they are having some “people challenges.”

As a career coach, I help people navigate through transition as smoothly as possible working either one-on-one or in group/workshop settings. My coaching practice emerged from a very successful career in HR and recruiting industries.

For the last year or so I have been the FOX2 Detroit team’s Career Coach, offering tips and advice regularly on how to find a job in today’s challenging economy. And last year, I published a book, “Yes! You Can Land a Job Even in a Crummy Economy,” that gives people a step-by-step guide to conducting an effective search.

Lately, I'm being hired by colleges and universities who want to help their graduates and alumni get to work, so I'm very interested in connecting with recent grads or soon-to-be grads who want to land in the right type of career.

I received my BA in Human Resources from the Wayne State University School of Business Administration, and I currently serve as the President of the School of Business’ Alumni Association. I'm also active in ALS of Michigan, ithe Professional Coach Association of Michigan, International Coach Federation, and Executive Women International’s Detroit-Windsor Chapter.
