Teresa is a 20-year-old Communication major at the University of California, San Diego. Her life motto: "Eat, sleep, blog." For the record, she's been on Blogspot, LiveJournal, Xanga, Vox, Tumblr, Posterous, and more. She's only mildly ashamed.
Life as a perpetual intern ain't easy, but someone has to do it. Her track record includes an international news station, Glamour magazine, Mediabistro.com, and Unigo.com. Currently, Teresa's a columnist at the UCSD Guardian and community manager of internshipIN.com. In her spare time, she also founded the humor blogs mymomisafob.com and mydadisafob.com. (She no longer has spare time.)
Teresa has slight obsessions with web 2.0, entrepreneurship, and travel. She's guilty of spending an excessive amount of time on the internet under the guise of understanding social media. Fortunately, she intends to pursue the field professionally — after all, if one is to develop carpal tunnel syndrome and severe eyestrain, it best come with a paycheck.
In the spring of 2009, she'll be studying abroad at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus and traveling to nine other European countries. Don't worry. She'll blog about it.
Her personal blog is aptly titled By Teresa Wu. It's about stuff she loves, like social media and cupcakes.
