As a marketing executive I’ve worked for a range of both B2B and B2C companies…from start-up to billion dollar multi-nationals …in consumer electronics, home electrics, online services and office products. My focus is on developing and executing holistic, market driven strategies with a balance between big picture vision and roll up your sleeves execution, analysis with responsiveness and team building with being a team player.

As Marketing Director for a mid-sized manufacturer, I worked closely with the owner, manufacturing, R&D and sales to transition this menu-driven, import/export company to a market driven manufacturer, re-aligning sales strategies and finally securing double digit sales growth, including new distribution at national retailers such as Office Depot, Home Depot, Costco.com and Sam’s Club.

Prior to that, at Fujifilm, I was charged with re-building the digital camera group which was seriously under-performing - - both at the top line and the bottom line. After developing a new, comprehensive business strategy, We forged a new collaboration with sales, operations and overseas headquarters and developed new product development, pricing, communications and sales programs. Not only did we gain double digit increases in brand awareness and brand value, but we also were able to triple sales, double market share and add about $8 million in new annual profit streams.

I’m looking for a marketing leadership position in the greater NY metro area in consumer durables or consumer electronics and my target companies include CE companies such as Canon, Samsung and Audiovox as well as consumer goods companies like Haier, Leviton and Lifetime Brands.
