My background includes both senior-level client-side and consulting leadership roles of pioneering digital marketing organizations, strategies, client partnerships and initiatives that have delivered measurable results in highly competitive global markets. For example:

* $2.1B profit surge through global digital marketing transformation that drove 1B site visitors for Nissan.
* $200M+ new sales revenue through strategic consulting to global Fortune 100 clients at Cisco's Internet Business Strategy & Solutions Group.
* 18-month start-to-finish creation of state-of-the-art eCommerce and online service functionality for Siemens.
* $1M in new revenue in first year of launching the first web-based portal for the generic pharma industry.

My experience as Director of the Customer Experience Innovations Practice at Cisco's Internet Business Strategy & Solutions Group equates with practice leadership roles at major global business strategy consulting firms and senior digital strategy and client leadership roles at major global digital and traditional agencies. I have captured and managed relationships with C-level/Fortune 100 clients, won new business pitches, orchestrated large-scale initiatives, introduced new concepts and methodologies across complex global organizations, and executed to perfection to delight the client.

At TCW for the past two-plus years I have led a total transformation of the marketing/branding/customer relationship strategies and platforms to shift the business from institutional to retail investment professionals. This effort is expected to produce $1.07 billion in new assets yearly.

At home, I'm a married father of a 7 year old daugther. So, life is never dull!
