About Me

I work as a technology consultant at IBM, I live in England, I run, play guitar and once, long ago I did a PhD in computer science. Work-Life Innovation is about finding ways to work smarter to enable us to live fuller. By this I mean working creatively in order to find the space both in time and psychologically to be able to enjoy the really important things in life, which for me are: family, learning, travel, excitement, health and creativity.
