Marketing Administration Assistant
Design and produce collateral materials for both internal and external audiences, provide customer service and support to clients and patients, write press releases for current company news, produce monthly/year-end reports, order promotional items, maintain website and design special projects, provide technical support to Marketing and Consulting team, schedule/file post offer exams, and perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, editing, and filing.
Accomplishments include communicating to management the importance of professional branding and well-designed marketing material by providing examples of revised business items, which led to the purchase of Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Illustrator. In addition, recently have developed and implemented social networking plan to reach out to patients, employees, medical doctors, and clients.
