Ryan Paugh Wow! All of you Brazen members in Chicago have been pretty quiet. Let's liven things up a little! I just started creating some official Twitter Lists for Brazen members in different cities around the country. I'm hoping that it helps you guys meet new people in the community and stay connected. Leave your Twitter ID as a reply below and we'll add you to the Brazen Chicago Twitter List that we're creating over here >> http://twitter.com/BrazenCareerist/brazen-in-chicago

Ryan Paugh We have some great interns, but I've noticed they are also super busy with college and their other activities. I wonder, do today's college students have to much to do and too many expectations on them? I personally did. Between my Fraternity positions, philanthropies, intramural sports, etc, I was SO overwhelmed! What do you think? How do you balance your internships with everything else?

Between sorority activities, res life responsibilities, internships and of course CLASSES I was looking forward to 'just working'. It did teach me balance.

My GPA was good, but nothing to write home about. The reason my GPA suffered was the priority I put on getting involved with the things I loved doing. When I had my interview, we didn't talk about my GPA and what courses I took: we had a great conversation about my experiences, what I'd learned and how they were applicable.

Stephanie Mater Hi everyone. I am looking for a public relations internship in Chicago or the suburbs. I am currently a junior Strategic Communication major at Miami University in Oxford, OH. I also have minors in Marketing and Global Perspectives on Sustainability. I have a lot of practical experience in PR. I just completed my entry to the Bateman Case Study Competition through PRSSA where my team planned, implemented and evaluated a campaign to promote the 2010 US Census.

Stephanie Mater Yes, this is a recent update. I'm not sure if the new Stylebook is out in stores, but you can buy an online subscription to get updates all year.

Also, has anyone tried out the online AP Styleguide service? It's $25 annually. I am debating as to whether I should purchase it or not. http://www.apstylebook.com/?do=product&pid=OLN-917360
