Specialties
I have worked extensively with students, teachers, administrators, parents and clinicians on various educational matters including but not limited to: differentiated and inclusive education, accommodations and modifications, curriculum design and implementation, psycho-educational evaluations, education policy, education reform, and rules/ regulations regarding special education in both public and private sectors of academia. I am dedicated to effectively contributing to the development of education policy that will empower teachers and students in all areas of education. I am currently conducting research on students who have graduated from public schools and completed/passed their standardized testing as required by No Child Left Behind and comparing their successes to those students who have graduated from independent schools and were not subjected to rigorous state testing.
I was born and raised in Connecticut but now reside in Washington, D.C.
