• As a partner and founding member, I am responsible for managing our creative projects, including all stages and aspects of the design of user experiences through branding, interactive and product design.

• Positive Sum
• Creative Director/Information Architect
• December 2010 to Present

• Responsible for coordinating all creative, I work with Positive Sum and their clients in the startup, small business and nonprofit spheres to broaden the impact of their online presence.

• Swing Think Inc.

• May 2008 to May 2009

• Led creative projects from early stage ideation, storyboarding communications and rationale, to concept development and execution for print and online media.

• Firefly Foundation
• Design Manager
• June 2006 to Febuary 2008

• Designed and developed interactive properties and user experience design related to the launch of the not for profit organization, dedicated to funding brain-related research initiatives. This included development of the branding, web and interaction design for the organization, as well as concept development and execution for Firefly's fundraising events.

• As part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, as well as the Ontario College of Art and Design, I developed the framework for the business design and strategy for the Firefly Foundation.

• Completed a year long thesis project, developing a tangible messaging system for internal communications. The product system integrates a change in activity into the typical pattern of knowledge work, enhancing the way employees interact and share information. Research revealed the main benefits to end users to be reduced workplace stress, increased physical activity at work and enhanced social interaction in the office.
