A cross-trained, cross-pollinated, cross-border entrepreneur: I conceived, executed and lead startups on three continents, all products of what I term "empathetic entrepreneurship" that is, first be your own customer.
I now direct a team of mentors and specialists who guide clients through established processes that both demand and develop self knowledge. Concretely, at 2bschool, we use the MBA admissions process to identify what candidates want to get out of their career long term and how a grad degree--and which--will get them there.
Concurrently, I'm developing how to use the business (and product) planning process for similar long-term career direction and development.
