Final Cut Server Administrator
• 1st Point of Contact for all calls regarding network infrastructure.
• SLA management on call logging and all ownership calls from (cradle to grave)
• Maintaining that 90% of all calls be resolved as 1st line.
• Change Control Administration and facilitating procurement of new hardware etc.
• My duties entail resetting Novell, Internet, (Intranet) and Email (GroupWise) and VPN (virtual private network) passwords.
• Updating or supporting the users ‘antivirus application.
• Logging calls on Remedy ARS (incident, request and procurement)
• Call management (ownerships and change controls) and updating calls accordingly
• Managing a third party (CCI- following up on all calls logged for CCI liaising with coordinators to ensuring SLA is met.)
