Ryan Paugh Hey guys. How about that heat wave? Since the weather is getting nicer and nicer I'm really thinking a lot about putting some Madison Tweet Ups together. I'm thinking that the best way to get started is to create a Brazen/Madison Twitter List. So reply below with your Twitter handle so I can start putting a list of people together.

Siddharth Since i am new to this network, i dont know if these have been discussed below. So please bear with me. 1. The networks at BC rock. What i would love is if there was a way to differentiate between feeds from the networks and feeds from the people whose fan i am, as the latter often gets lost amongst feeds from my networks. 2. Cameron Plommer I have a problem letting go of my thoughts after the work day is over and I should be devoting time to my personal life, mainly my girlfriend. I have such an urge to write and put my thoughts down on paper. Its just hard for me to let it go until the next day. Part of the reason I do this is because I spent a lot of my life not doing anything, not making or producing, only consuming. Consuming information, entertainment, whatever. What do you do to stop for the day and focus on other things

However, I have found that loading my ipod w/ a large amount of music that I love and going for at least a 30min-1 hour walk or run at the end of the day completely refreshes me. I am a full time working Mom who never really 'shuts off' and taking even 30 min to walk and listen to music completely clears my head. I have been amazed at how clear my head gets during this time and all the ideas that come to me. I know it may seem so simple compared to previous comments but I suffer from constant 'overload' on a daily basis and this is something that has kept me grounded.

Ed, that's great! It's so key. Also if you have ever read "The Four Agreements" by Don Jose Luis Ruiz his last agreement is the best:

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self- judgment, self-abuse and regret.

I think people need to remember this when the day ends.

Penelope Trunk I'm redesigning my blog -- thinking about all the stuff that should be there that isn't there. I was wondering if you have ideas. Examples: The categories I have are useless. But what would be useful to you? Or, I was thinking there should be an Asperger's discussion board, but maybe it would just be a bunch of people with no discussion skills. Hahaha. Any other thoughts? Sidenote: I notice that figuring out the content of one's blog feels a lot like figuring out who you want to be.

Penelope Trunk Warning. I'm about to do a very bad personal branding move. Do not try this at home.... I'm so sad today that I can't think straight. And I can't get any work done. But then I thought, well, maybe if I were chatting in my group then that would 1. distract me from being sad and 2. count as me working, since really, on some level, it is my job to be doing this group. I mean, even when we are talking about Lance's (questionable) dating tactics, it still counts as work for me. Is anyone there?
