Primary contact with Office of the Building, Parking Company, for all Office Equipment and supplies.
Responsible for all office moves &/or sublease, in coordination with Managing Partner(s);
Risk mitigation including various insurance policies;
Recommending capital expenditures & monitor maintenance on equipment and premises;
Operate as Chief Safety Officer.
Primary Backup for Director of IT and all administrative staff.
HR Manager Duties include but are not limited to: Track employee time off, Run the Annual Review process, Administer and coordinate all benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, vision and 401K;
Represent The Firm in various civic, community and professional organizations;
Manage all administrative personnel with oversight by the CFO.
Assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Lead the HR transition from an LLC through the acquisition of a multi-national acquisition.
