Hi Penelope! I'm a recent MA grad who is interviewing for my first professional job in HR. Although I am confident about my abilities I still find myself asking for less salary than I think I deserve. I'm think I'm being too cautious considering the economy. Any advice for answering the expected compensation question? Thanks!

I also have "ultralight" lenses that are thinner than standard. It is an investment, but it's definitely more long-term than anything else I had. Just don't get photosensitive lenses - you usually end up with permanent tint after a while. 124 weeks ago
