About Me

I've experienced a lot both professionally and personally in my short 28 years. My degree is in Print & Broadcast Journalism, and I got a very good start in both while in college. I was a features reporter for two years at the town's weekly newspaper. I was also an anchor and producer of a daily, live news-magazine style TV show for over 3 years.

After that, I switched careers a little, and moved to the sales side of the media business, working in national advertising and event sales for National CineMedia and the Denver Newspaper Agency.

Now, I have my own LLC to do contract and consulting work, but my real passion is writing. I am a national columnist for the online newspaper, Examiner.com. My beat is Generation Y--so I write about anything and everything related to us 20-somethings.
