Providing management, guidance and oversight to my local and remote Recruiting team (ten team members).
Ensuring Compliance and Risk Control processes/practices are maintained.
Driving local and national sourcing efforts.
Overseeing of Exempt Staffing process at the site which may include working in partnership with search firms and our Immigration Law Unit
Ensuring all data standards and reporting routines are accurate and timely.
Overseeing of Staffing metrics to monitor performance, including Cost of Hire, Fill Rates, Compliance, etc.
Reporting and communications associated with Affirmative Action Plan.
Building solid primary relationships with key business leaders (HR, Site Presidents, Functional Leads).
Representing Citi in the community.
