I've always been fascinated by the structure of businesses. How they operated, who they hired, what they stood for, and most importantly how they succeeded. That is why I began Project Personnel, LLC in early 2009. Project Personnel focuses on a businesses most important resources...it's HUMAN resources. We offer comprehensive human resources concepts and staffing solutions for several small businesses throughtout the Richmond area.
A self proclaimed fashionista with a passion for helping people succeed in their professional lives, I posses a particular interest in preparing individuals for successful careers. This passion has evolved into a blog and a soon to be book entitled Career Couture (a play on my love of fashion as well...lol).

Aside from running Project Personnel, LLC I am the Executive Director of The Skye Effect, a non-profit initiative for the empowerment of women and children, as well as a Support Specialist for DuPont, the world's third largest chemical company.
