About Me

I specialize in helping companies leverage web technologies and social media to communicate and manage employer brands, to engage and interact with potential candidates, and retain employees. A self professed geek, I've spent 12 years in Interactive recruitment marketing and web development and have been writing about, advising clients on, and implementing social recruiting strategies for over three years.

An Internet original - my education and career developed in parallel with this industry - the combination of technology and how it affects people is the root of my fascination. Along with a team of digital solutions consultants, web designers, programmers, and project managers, I develop and implement award-winning career websites, web applications, and strategies, including online employer reputation management strategies, conversation mapping, social recruiting, SEO, Onboarding, and next generation Intranets. I've developed recruitment web strategies and talent management initiatives for Fortune 500 clients such as Bank of America, Citi, FedEx, MetLife, and WellPoint. I am a frequent speaker on social recruiting and have a degree in psychology from Colgate University.
