Most international development jobs require an MA, so the sooner you can package your PC experience and an MA the better. It works best if you have a pretty clear idea of what you want to study. I did not do the MI myself, because I joined PC (in part) to make myself a more competitive candidate for graduate school. I ended up going to the Monterey Institute (www.miis.edu) which has several MI programs.

Mehnaz Thawer: Depends what you do best. Looks like you write/design. A lot of nonprofits look for that type of thing, but get stuck with lack of funding
