I am 52 years old that is two years older than a half a century or two vivacious 26 year olds it is up to you to determine which perspective you will take. I am currently finishing my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology I/O Psychology. I usually receive a questioning, "What is that?” well in short everyone knows what a psychologist, counselor or therapist pretty simple and strait forward. I/O Psychologist essentially instead of counseling individuals per se they council organizations that have lost their way and need to get back on the straight and narrow. The organization is like a ship lost at sea and the I/O psychologist reads the star positions to get it back on the proper navigation route. Well I am sure you get the idea. I am sure you preferred the above metaphors to explaining how I/O Psychologist are directors of organizations a head of all operations of human resources and help structure and adjust the organization to environmental conditions.

My main responsibility was steam cleaning of the automotive carpets and upholstery. I served also as quality control supervisor responsible for the group efforts of technicians overseeing the detailing of automobiles being prepared for resale. I served as automotive technician operating the Fourier engine and transmission oil analyzer, issuing certifications to vehicles that pass the stringent standard of the analyzer.
