About Me

Scot Herrick is the author of “I’ve Landed My Dream Job–Now What???” and Principle of Cube Rules, LLC. CubeRules.com provides online career management training for workers who typically work in a corporate cubicle. Scot has a long history of management and individual contribution in multiple Fortune 100 corporations.

His corporate career has included assignments in management, project management, process engineering, workforce optimization, sales and customer support. He has implemented individual products for customers and enterprise-wide customer relationship management systems. He has successfully managed groups of four to twenty-two people.

He is a seasoned Project Manager with experience in all phases of project management. He has worked with some of the largest organizations in the country to produce and enhance both internal and customer-facing systems. He has implementation experience in products and process, business and technology, from individual products to enterprise-wide systems.

Having worked in many large-scale efforts, Scot is adept at collaborating with team members who are both geographically and culturally diverse, including both internal and outsourced resources. He works to identify and solve problems before they impact the project resources and time line.
