I’m Sarah White (ImSoSarah) – the geek behind the blog (ImSoCorporate.com) and I can write about anything – including every aspect of my life, but ask me to write a personal bio and I get writers block and then it just ends up looking like a junior high “vote for me” speech at a class election or even worse, a really lame match.com profile by someone who doesn’t understand the premise, but here it goes -
Once upon a time, I was corporate. Like, Suits and Heels to work everyday corporate. Black briefcase and 60 hour week corporate. I even owned a wide selection of (gasp) pant suits. Welcome to HR.
I have spent my entire career around this industry and feel so fortunate to wake up each morning and have a job I love as Chief Strategy Officer of HRMDirect. My experience in this industry ranges from corporate & agency recruiting to process consulting to technology evaluation and selection.
Personally, I am just a kinda sassy, always interesting, never apologetic type of girl who is anything but corporate and loves flip-flops, jeans and T-shirts. I love all types of music (especially anything live), martini’s (wine & margaritas…), and traveling.
