It is really a new fact for me about Trojans and I will definitely try to find more publications about her. Well, I have to admit that she is really a beautiful woman and personally I think that she is very similar like Alexis Texas! Look at her. Anyway thanks a lot for sharing these wonderful news! seo

Meghan Skiff Lately I'm going crazy with multiple calendars, to-do lists, and email accounts. work. grad school. personal. To make it worse, I'm not the sort of person who is intrinsicly organized. Anyone have any tips on the best way to manage all of these separate items in one place?

Meghan, as far as new tools go, I've been doing some research, and found this on Toodledo: http://bit.ly/cqPAdf and this on Office Live: http://bit.ly/cHD984 . Haven't actually used either of them, but they look promising/worth looking into.

I had started a teuxdeux account a while ago and I'm not sure why I ever got away from it. I'm using google docs (I've been working out of the office quite a bit), google calendar, teuxdeux, and evernote. Rebecca, I think my system is pretty similar to yours...so far so good. Thanks to all of you :)

TOP IDEA: Emily Jasper You can shape us as leaders: One of the most important ways managers can work with Gen Y is by sharing their stories, and letting us learn from your accomplishments and struggles. By doing this, our managers can shape us to be excellent leaders. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0Xi_VoYW1Q&feature=player_embedded

Rebecca Thorman The Room for Debate feature on the NY Times this week is talking about online education. One editorial states, "In the right hands, though, online learning can be even better than the 'real thing.'” Online education is amazing, but it's not a replacement for showing up to a real class. Not ever. What do you think? - http://nyti.ms/8Y5eWx

In my own experience most of the students that I took classes with in college have taken at least one online course at some point. I myself have taken a few online courses to fulfill credit requirements that I would not have been able to through traditional means due to my own constraints. I think that many online learners have a shared background: often working full time and taking care of life's responsibilities while seizing the opportunity to continue their studies and accomplish their academic goals. I see the point in statements about online classes can't replace the experience of classroom classes, but for some people, they just have to.

However, having looked into online degrees (sic. University of Phoenix and Western Governor's University) I have to say that the stigma of online learning and the actual crappy quality of the education seems to outweigh any potential cost benefit.

Bottom line? Higher Education should be as near free as possible, like they do it in Scandinavia and England.

Rebecca Thorman Let's talk about discipline - any tips? For instance, how do you keep to an exercise or blogging schedule or other things that could be deemed as "optional" when life and work get in the way?

I thought that it was very interesting. StickK.com is a place for you to put a contract on yourself...commit to something. If you fail in your contract, your money goes towards a charity (you select) that you hate. It's supposed to help you manage your motivation. It takes accountability to another level. You can also get your friends/family involved so they know what you're committing to.

For example, there's an iPhone app called "LoseIt" which seems to provide enough reminders to stay on a diet.
