The important thing is to remember that there is a difference between "work" and "vocation." For those with a vocation, I can see how it might be easy for lines to blur. But I believe that the majority of the population does not have a vocation. And if you only work, even if you consider it a career, then your fulfillment will come from outside of your job and it makes sense to keep the two separate. 16 weeks ago

At times, I think I have balance in my life. I am able to adequately manage the things at work while still maintaining my lifestyle (ex: going to the gym, seeing friends, traveling etc) but there are also times when I don't have it and am not able to do those things. While its not ideal, I know that when I don't have great balance that it will come back, but if it goes on for too long of a stretch then I know I need to either do or say something to fix it. 16 weeks ago
