Sami Paju I've been way too inactive here, and this is long overdue, but here's the list of 10 best books I read in 2009: http://bit.ly/5PcDiv And the books are: The Vegetarian Myth, The 4-Hour Workweek, Influence: The psychology of persuasion, Mistakes were made (but not by me), The Game, The E-Myth Revisited, Lila, Less Is More, Tricks of the Mind, The Seven-Day Weekend. More info about each on the link above. Cheerios! :-)

Finished the last book in the original Dune saga. Herbert was a genius. Now I have to read the 13 follow up novels.

Sami Paju What music do you listen to when cooking? I've noticed that Simon & Garfunkel's Greatest Hits works for me, setting the mood just right :)

123 weeks ago from I Love to Cook!

Benjamin Wilcox: I dig motown when I am cooking, but almost any kind of music while making a meal is better than no music.
Karla Mercado: Depends on the cuisine. If I'm cooking paella, I listen to Spanish music. Shrimp masala, Indian/Bollywood sounds. Opera is best for Italian!

Sami Paju Barefoot running is euphoric! Just did high-intensity intervals with fivefinger shoes and then ran back home totally barefeet :)

127 weeks ago from Fit Freaks

Akshay Kapur: Not withstanding beaches and grass, how is this even feasible on other surfaces? Five finger shoes maybe.
Sami Paju: I actually run on tarmac with no shoes. I can also run few meters at a time on gravel, but obviously it's not very comfortable.
