I am responsible for ensuring each project is handled professionally and successfully. Projects include: financial statements, proposals, presentations, placements, signage, etc.
Additionally, I have been awarded the role of being a training buddy - this enables me to teach new hires within our team how to be successful within their roles.

I earned promotional raises during my tenure at the firm. While continuing to handle the firm's proposals and working on sales presentations, I became responsible for many high-level tasks that included: managing all firm sponsored events and seminars (between fifteen to twenty events each year); budget tracking and planning; developing niche marketing plans; public relations and advertising/sponsorship research. Due to staff transitions within my department, I had the opportunity to train several team members including a graphic designer and team managers.
