TOP IDEA: Samantha Karol As I've been searching for a full-time job, I've really missed writing. I'm thinking about starting to do some freelance work, but I don't know where to start. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated!

It shows future employers that you're loyal even if you're not a full time employee. :) Good luck!

Meghan Skiff I'm in PHX on business and was attending a happy with local YPs and was fortunate to meet these Gen Y rock stars walking from coast to coast to support the Gail's Angels Foundation. They are blogging (http://coasttocoastforacure.com/) and I thought that you folks would be interested in following their journey. So why are they doing it? They feel that in the past they weren't always appreciative for their good health and life and wanted to help those who aren't as lucky. Check them out!

Rebecca Thorman Where do you draw the line w/ sharing what's going on in your personal life with people at work? Like, do you tell your boss you're going to be an hour late each day because you go to the gym every morning? How about you'll be late every Tuesday because you're seeing a therapist? What if a family member is sick? Or how about if your partner is getting an award? When personal struggles and triumphs necessitate that you shift work around, how do you communicate?

I think, however, that there is always a line - i.e., it's always possible to overstep that boundary. It's difficult to find the balance, but if your boss or colleagues begin to make assumptions about your productivity based on facts you've revealed about your personal life, then you've gone over it!

If you are uncomfortable but don't want to be excluded, you can focus on light things that don't pry too deep but also show you are participating in the norm.

Samantha Karol Sometimes, when you have a lot going on, it's easy to get anxious and worried. I read a great book by Dale Carnegie about how to confront worry, and minimize its presence in your life. Last week, I wrote a post with tips from the book, combined with my own experience and insight (http://ow.ly/1F9cz). I would love to hear how other people manage their worries too!

The plain truth is that I don't always actually manage them. They do sometimes get ahead of me. But I get back into neutral soon enough.

I don't have a specific plan, now that I think of it. I find that doing whatever I can to clear my mind of whatever is giving me anxiety helps. But it only goes so far.

So sometimes when I know there is something massive that must be taken care of, I just acknowledge it. I try to get to a place where I can say, "This is a huge pain in the ass, but that's all it is. It's bigger than me and can't bo solved quickly, so I won't try, but I will move at a snail's pace towards solving it and eventually something will change.

Yoga is my new anti-anxiety activity, but also something as simple as taking a walk outside during lunch can help make the second half of your workday less stressful than the first.

TOP IDEA: Samantha Karol In both your personal and professional lives, one of the most important things you can do is be yourself. Don't embellish, or make yourself into what you think "they" want you to be. Be the best you can be while still staying true to who you are inside.

Lindsey Donner Any advice on tweeting for business? Is it necessary to have 2 Twitter accounts? I have one that's personal + business (as 90% of my waking hours are devoted to matters that affect me as an entrepreneur) and one that's for the team to use strictly as a biz tool, but I have doubts about having both. I manage two Twitter accounts for my company, plus one work/personal, and one personal. I use HootSuite and it keeps me sane by keeping the accounts in separate tabs, but still together in one window. An added bonus: statistics. I've used others, but haven't liked them as much.
