About Me

It is very rewarding for me to meet new people and help match them to opportunities within my company!
I've been with Citi HR/Staffing since Fall 2006 and recruit for positions all across the United States in areas of financial reporting; mortgage underwriting, processing, and loss mitigation; real estate services; etc. If I'm not helping match a quality candidate with one of my hiring managers, then I am connecting them with a fellow recruiter who can.

• Began work at Citi as a contract recruiter (simultaneously working for UPS) for nine months before being hired full-time. Recruited for CitiMortgage, CitiFinancial Auto, and CitiFinancial Branch Network. Was promoted to Staffing Manager for about a year and half until economic times caused multiple layoffs, which reduced the responsibility too much to warrant the manager level. Since then, I assist in various staffing needs for Citigroup across the country, varying from project management to reporting analytics. Love the company and hope to continue serving in a recruiter or manager role for some time to come.

• Started off in package handling, promoted to supervisor, then into HR/Staffing/Employment within six months from beginning my employment. I served as the HR Rep for a shift at one of our Centers in Centennial, CO (100 employees). Primary focus was on recruiting, interviewing, new hire training & paperwork, employee retention, safety auditing, and ad hoc projects.
