About Me

My present desire is to work for a start-up company in a generalist sort of role. It would be great to be surrounded by like minded people whom I could learn a great deal from and eventually set up my own firm around the ideas that I have. I want to be part of something creative, new and unique, and have a hand in it's success from the beginning. I don't want to deal with bureaucracy of larger organisations and being just another number. Ultimately I want to 'untemplate' my life, be 'location-independent' and be an inspiration and mentor to others.

Interests

Indoor climbing - love bouldering,Ice skating, Squash, Badminton and running when the weather (and motivation) permits. Gym - a quick 'circuit of death' rouine(pullups, deadlift, dips and squats, all in quick succession). I listen to a lot of music...mainly confined to indie, rock, folk. I love to keep up to date on tech - including consumer tech and more recently social media - since the two are now intertwined I'm big on Mac and the potential for cloud computing with google's chrome OS. I'm interested in finance, economics - would love to be involved in private equity & VC/entrepreneurial activities and not so much in the evil and immoral capital markets.....I guess I've always had a thing for real estate on some level and love being in a metropolis with a mix of modern and traditional buildings...particularly central london
