About Me

I am a nursing student at Louisiana State Univeristy Health Sciences Center- School of Nursing. I graduate from Louisiana Tech Univeristy May 2009 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Moving back home to New Orleans was the best life and career decision I could have made. Soon as school started I put myself in the position to effect change by becoming my class secreatry and being actively involved in the Student Nurses' Association. I have been apart of numerous comminity oriented projects around the city and look forward to doing more to help promote community involvement and health promotion in the community in which I live.

Goals

To become a registered nurse.
To be accepted into a nurse practitioner program in the south
Once, I have obtained my DNP (docorate in nursing practice), I plan to establish my own practice.
To provide quality health care to those who need it most.
To satisfy my creative side by publishing at least 2 "great american novels".
