Ryan has a specialized background in writing and marketing. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and strong background in Fine Arts (Architecture, Art History, Cinema).
Prior to joining the team at MBA Focus, Ryan gained invaluable entrepreneurial experience with the rapidly growing startup ListAfterList.com. As the VP of Marketing and minority partner, Ryan implemented business plans that drove website traffic from 0 to 3 million visitors annually and was a major reason for the 2008, 2009, and 2010 TechColumbus Innovation Awards "Outstanding Product” nominations. Ryan currently resides in Dublin, Ohio just minutes from: the office at MBA Focus where he works; the Scioto River where he kayaks and water skis; the studio where he filmed an infomercial for Resistance Wear (a company he would later consult for); Ohio Stadium where his football Buckeyes continue to dominate the team from up north; Flannagan's Irish pub and pool where he plays competitive sand volleyball; Chipotle where he eats too much too often; and Best Buy where he stands in line with other fanboys for the newest Apple technology. He was born and raised in Canton, Ohio, and has spent every summer of his life at his family cottages on the Finger Lakes in upstate New York.
