Here's a little bit more about myself ...

I'm a Jersey guy, born and raised. I had about 8 different hair colors in high school. Then I went to Penn State and became a frat guy.

I graduated with a Bachelors in Journalism and a Minor in Business. After graduation, I took a stab at corporate life at Merck & Co, Inc. While doing the corporate thing, I co-founded the Gen-Y career blog Employee Evolution. Life got pretty crazy after that.
Teaming up with Penelope Trunk and Ryan Healy, we founded Brazen Careerist, Inc, a community of Gen-Y thought leaders, forward-thinking organizations and others who realize that the way we define ourselves in work and in life needs to change.

I currently reside at Brazen Headquarters here in Madison, WI. If you're ever in town, let's meet up for a Spotted Cow on me.

In my free time I watch a ton of football, go hiking with my dog Charlie and concoct some killer mixed drinks. Try my margarita if you ever get the chance.
