Hi, I'm Ryan Healy, I'm a Co-Founder of Brazen Careerist.

After graduating from Penn State in 2006, I started my career in Washington DC as a financial consultant with IBM Global Business Services. A couple months into the job, I decided to team up with my old college buddy Ryan Paugh and start the blog, Employee Evolution.

That's when everything changed. Ryan and I ended up partnering with Penelope Trunk, moving to Madison, Wisconsin and launching Brazen in early 2008. Since starting Brazen, I've been responsible for a number of roles including, Strategy Formation, Product Management, Financial Management, Business Development, Capital Raising, Legal Management and Sales. I also occasionally travel the country to speak about Generation Y, Social Media and the intersection of work and life.

Entrepreneurship is much more than a good idea, or a desire to work for yourself. It's a lifestyle and it's what I love to do. I truly believe that everyone who wants to work hard should have the chance to love what they do - no matter what field they're in. And that's what Brazen is all about.
