About Me

Ryan Healy is the COO/Co-Founder of Brazen Careerist, a career management resource for young professionals. He Co-founded Brazen Careerist in late 2007 after gaining national notoriety in the HR/Recruiting industry through Employee Evolution, his blog about young professionals in the workplace.

Ryan has been named one of 20 Entrepreneurs to Watch by Worth Magazine, was recognized as one of the country's top Human Resource thought leaders by World at Work and Accenture, and is a recognized workplace expert for the young workforce, appearing as a spokesperson for Generation Y in various outlets including 60 Minutes, 20/20, CNN, PBS Nightly News, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.

Prior to founding Brazen Careerist, Ryan worked as a Financial Consultant for IBM Global Business Services in Washington D.C. He holds a B.S. in Business from Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of the office, Ryan can be found running, biking, training, reading, traveling, relaxing
