Ryan E. Cole, a media savvy personal and professional development guru, is all about finding the true soul of a person and a business.

Ryan graduated from Colorado State University gaining a Bachelor’s of Arts in Speech Communication. He specialized in the fields of Communication Theory and Communication in the Media and went on to simultaneously earn another Bachelor’s of Arts in Technical Journalism. Upon graduating, Ryan furthered his business knowledge by teaching himself the ins-and-outs of business and earning a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix Online.

While ambition is a trait employers are wanting now days, Ryan E. Cole pushed the envelope. In his successful career, he has been in the trenches of television news, finding different ways to capture the true emotion of the story. He enacted a major brand overhaul at a non-profit and found ways to save the company thousands. He’s been fired and even traveled the country for some of the nations largest brands like Hershey, Walgreens and Chevy.

Now an entrepreneur, Ryan is the Brewer of Amazing Ideas, President & C.E.O. of The R Companies, a personal and professional development conglomerate dedicated to Helping Reach the Highest™.
