• Led implementation of five year strategy to secure over £13 million from major donors, corporates, trusts and statutory donors. Established fundraising team and new fundraising such as high net worth individuals. Developed and managed relationships with major donors and corporate supporters such as Barclays Bank. Managed development of marketing materials including brochures, proposals, newsletter. Implemented CRM database. Managed the Fundraising and Marketing team including staff, interns and volunteers.
  * Planned and managed inaugural major donor cultivation event resulting in a request for a £500,000 proposal (result expected in December 2009)
  * Managed volunteer fundraising initiatives such as sponsored events securing £45,000
  * Implemented new fundraising products including a virtual gift raising £15,000
  * Secured donations of £2,500 - £200,000 from charitable trusts and high net worth individuals
