Roxanne is a business associate whose practice focuses on the needs of early-stage companies and investors, including entity formation, venture capital and angel financing, and general corporate governance and securities matters. Her practice also includes assisting clients on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular interest in cross-border transactions. Her pro bono activities include advising public charities on formation, obtaining tax exemption and complying with federal and state nonprofit laws.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Roxanne worked as an academic advisor for first-year and pre-professional students in the health sciences; during which time she co-authored multiple grants for student support initiatives and regularly taught a seminar course for first-year students.
Outside of work, Roxanne is an avid traveler and amateur foodie.
